The Rayan Group of Academic Research Publication is committed to disseminating scholarly works of exceptional caliber that demonstrate substantial policy relevance and literary significance. The evaluation process for each submitted manuscript adheres to a comprehensive and systematic framework: Initially, a prominent member of the editorial board conducts a preliminary assessment of the manuscript to evaluate its overall quality and intellectual diversity, drawing upon available resources and the criteria outlined in the submission guidelines. Subsequently, two independent peer reviewers examine the manuscript’s presentation to ascertain its suitability for publication. Finally, a designated final reviewer appraises the manuscript across six distinct dimensions: originality, the significance of the research question, identification of the research gap, sophistication of the conceptual, technical, and methodological framework, quality of the analytical discussion presented in the results and discussion section, the manuscript’s overall contribution to the field, and the caliber of academic writing. Following receipt of the final reviewer’s assessment, an editorial decision regarding the submission is rendered within one to two weeks of initial submission.
