Editorial & Publishing Policies
Adhering to the Highest Standards of Academic Integrity and Transparency.
At RGA Research Publications, we believe that clear guidelines and ethical practices are the foundation of reputable science. Below are the detailed policies governing all journals under our publication house.
Author Instructions
Manuscript Preparation & Submission
Authors are advised to read the following guidelines carefully before submitting their manuscript:
- Format: Manuscripts must be submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) format.
- Language: We accept manuscripts written in English (British or American standards are acceptable, provided consistency is maintained).
- Structure: Papers should generally follow standard structure: Title, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, and References.
- Abstract: A concise abstract of 150–250 words is required.
- References: Citations should follow the standard referencing style designated by the specific journal (e.g., APA, IEEE, or Vancouver styles).
- Originality: The manuscript must be the author’s original work and must not be under consideration by any other journal.
Peer Review & Editorial Policy
Double-Blind Peer Review
To ensure unbiased evaluation, RGA Research Publications employs a strictly Double-Blind Peer Review process.
- Process:
- Initial Screen: The editorial office checks for scope, formatting, and plagiarism.
- Reviewer Assignment: Qualified experts in the relevant field are assigned.
- Blinding: The reviewers do not know the identity of the authors, and the authors do not know the identity of the reviewers.
- Decision: Based on reviewer feedback, the Editor-in-Chief makes a final decision: Accept, Revise (Major/Minor), or Reject.
- Timeline: We aim for a rapid yet rigorous review cycle to ensure timely dissemination of research.
Ethics & Integrity Policy
Publication Ethics
We adhere to high ethical standards to maintain the integrity of the scholarly record.
- Plagiarism: We have a zero-tolerance policy for plagiarism. All submissions are screened using plagiarism detection tools. Manuscripts with significant similarity to existing work without proper attribution will be rejected immediately.
- Data Fabrication: Any instances of data falsification or fabrication will result in immediate rejection and potential banning of the author.
- Conflict of Interest: Authors must declare any financial or non-financial conflicts of interest that could influence the interpretation of their data.
- Authorship: Authorship should be limited to those who have made a significant contribution to the conception, design, execution, or interpretation of the reported study.
APCs & Waiver Policy
Article Processing Charges (APCs)
As an Open Access publisher, RGA Research Publications covers the costs of editorial management, peer review, website maintenance, and archiving through Article Processing Charges (APCs).
- Transparency: Any applicable fees are clearly stated on the specific journal’s submission page. There are no hidden submission fees.
- Waiver Policy: We are committed to inclusivity. Authors from low-income countries or those facing financial hardship may apply for a partial or full waiver. Waiver requests must be made prior to manuscript submission by contacting the editorial office.
